Description of activity
CSEM is a primary Swiss applied research institute in Neuchatel.
We are interested in collaborative development projects in multiple areas, including advances in Photonic Integrated Circuits and Photonic MEMS, where we can offer a unique platform based on LiNbO.
We run industrial grade MEMS 6" cleanroom with a variety of processes.

Description

We run an industrial grade MEMS cleanroom at 6" , with a variety of processes and substrates.
We are active in photonic packaging, replication technologies, free form micro-optics, multispectral imaging as well.
